Why do people make New Year's Resolutions that rarely stick? It's because we think that somehow the new year will bring about a new mindset, a new motivation, a new (almost bottomless) reservoir of energy, new luck...basically, a new you. The fact is, transformation doesn't come often and doesn't come easy. Stop beating yourself up (as you're probably already falling behind on one of the resolutions you've set on Jan 1). Set some achievable ones that you can easily do starting today without feeling like your life is completely different from yesterday's. Make small steps towards your goal and try to sustain the new level for a while before you take it a step further.
What are mine for 2015 so far?

3. Attend local industry events such as Supply Chain Management Association for networking and professional development. - Attended Jan meeting: Check / work in-progress.
4. Set up an accountable and equitable chores routine at home with family. - Some chores added to calendar; work in-progress.
5. Update profile on LinkedIn and make use of its functionalities more. - Some updates made; work in-progress.
6. Restore more balance in life - with Yoga, Reflection, Activity, Learning and Social.
7. Strive towards 8 hours/day of sleep.
8. Eat/cook more at home (reduce dining out to once/week). - Work in-progress.
9. Make more personal effort in Sustainability - bring a bag, bring a tumbler, bring a container (for left-overs). Save broken plastic bags for recycling.
Lastly, here's a new one I'm trying out....
10. Say a prayer every morning to start my day to remind myself that everyday is a new day, and to face it with gratitude, joy and love.
Will revisit this in March to see how my progress goes!
